Cancellation and Refund Policy

THE TREVASA offers very flexible and customer-friendly policies to accommodate our customers at best with the following terms-

  • If the customer has received the wrong product.
  • If the customer comes across any manufacturing defect, after receiving the product.
  • If the product received is entirely damaged.
    1- If you wish to cancel your ordered product, you’re advised to cancel the order within 24 hours of ordering.
    2-We won’t be able to honour your cancellation request once the shipment is ready or dispatched.
    3- Any modifications regarding the shipping address can be done before the shipment gets packed or dispatched by updating the CHANGE ADDRESS within the order section.
    4- For any updates regarding your order you can always track your shipment from the tracking section of our web Page or reach us out from your registered number & email address for any assistance.
    5-Refund Process – Our refund policy is applicable within 5 days from placing the request.
    The time frame begins from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistic partners.
    6- The next step requires you to mail us 3 images of the product at [email protected] for us to uncertain about the reason for return,our team will check the product in reference to its eligibility of return.
    7- once the quality checking parameters have been passed,the customer will get their 100% refund of the product.
    8- Kindly note we do not process any refunds for incase if we replace the same or any other product of the equivalent or lower value in any of the above mentioned case.
    -Your refund would be initiated to your Bank account within 7 working days ,if your order was COD then the amount would be transferred to THE TREVASA CREDIT (please note- THE TREVASA CREDIT amount cannot be used for any other
    E- commerce website or portals,it can only be redeemed on your next purchase with us)
    9- For any exchange or return the customer needs to have the tags, barcodes,mannual, warranty cards, shipping labels & invoices for further process.
    10- Once we receive the request for exchange or return,our team would get back to you within 48 hours on receiving the request mail with pictures.
    Once the request gets confirmed the reverse pickup would be arranged within 2-4 working days .
